Who’s Behind it:

Allow me to paint you a picture of my journey. I'm Ray, just an everyday American woman who spent a lifetime on a wild rollercoaster of diets that never seemed to lead anywhere sustainable. It was as if my brain and body were in constant disagreement, until one day, my body decided to get my attention with a dramatic wake-up call, a medical wake-up call. That was the moment I knew it was time to embrace a healthier way of life, one that involved nourishing my body with the right foods, establishing a regular exercise routine, and shifting my entire outlook and attitude towards health.

However, when I made this commitment, I found myself standing at the crossroads, not knowing where to begin. I'd immersed myself in diets before, but none had proven, lasting solutions. Over many years, I delved into the world of webinars, engaged in countless Zoom calls, took classes, devoured books and articles about the intricate science of food, healthy eating, plant-based nutrition, hormone balance, protein consumption, organic choices, and exercise regimens. By weaving together insights from various sources, encompassing ideas, studies, readings, and courses, I was able to catalyze significant changes in my life. The result? I bid farewell to all the pharmaceutical drugs I'd relied on, shed a remarkable 140 pounds – more than half of my body weight – and discovered a newfound energy that I never imagined possible!

Today, I am committed to supporting those who share the same aspiration to feel and become their best.
